Greetings. With great pleasure, I introduce myself as Mrs. Debra, a professional housekeeper with over sixteen years of experience in vacation rental cleaning. I possess a profound passion for vacation rental investment properties and take great pride in executing my duties with exceptional speed and finesse. I have had the honor of providing advisory services to self-managing owners since 2007 and continue to train new housekeepers to follow detailed procedures.
My teams and I have restored multi-million-dollar vacation rental properties and foreclosures throughout the panhandle, an accomplishment I attribute to my keen eye for detail and passion for pristine properties. Because of my adeptness in solving everyday problems with rentals, coupled with my attention to detail, has earned me a reputation for delivering unparalleled deep cleans in the industry. I declutter every cabinet, drawer, and closet, deep clean, set linen management up, and stage property. My departure cleans maintains the original onboard status.
About Us: Moving to Florida
About us moving from Beavercreek, Ohio, to beautiful Destin, Florida. It was a significant change, but we were excited about the new adventure. We were lucky enough 2008 to call a brand-new high-rise condo our home.
Breathtaking views of the beach, bay, and lagoon pool were new. It was the perfect place for us to call home. It took me only a short time to figure out my construction management would come in handy here.
A lifetime of experience and passion for home building, design, remodeling, and vacation rental properties. I had already built and remodeled many homes when I opened DHS Services. Then came December 30, 2008, when the Case–Shiller home price index reported the most significant price drop in its history.
Over a Decade in Destin, Florida
Fast forward about us 15 years later, and we are still here. We have survived and experienced here: hurricane warnings, a catastrophic oil spill in our front yard, hurricane Michael category five next door, water spouts (tornados) circling our vehicles, car accidents, and, more recently, a worldwide pandemic. OMG, Do you know that song “I am Still Standing“?
